Officail car sale figures, which would have seemed inconceivable a few months ago, show that Hyundai’s overall car sales for the month of August rose 323% compared to last year. 3,737 car sales gave Hyundai a record overall market share of 5.6%, overtaking Ford and Vauxhall.
